Success Sliders
We use this to prioritise what is most important to focus on for this initiative so that we can quickly make decisions throughout delivery.
How To
List the key constraints/success criteria as rows
For each constraint/criterion, create a column
Select which “end” is to be Flexible, which is to be Fixed
Discuss the arrangement of constraints/ criteria on this continuum
Rules
Each element has its own row
There are the same number of columns as the elements
No two elements can be set to the same column
