# Experience

The **Experience** categorises an organisation's familiarity with implementing changes, allowing for a more nuanced understanding of potential risks and requirements for each change request. 

This framework ranges from **No Experience**, where a change has never been implemented, to **Routine**, where similar changes are frequently executed as part of normal operations.

## No Experience

o   Never implemented this change or a change like this before.

## Previously Done With Issues

o   Implemented this or similar change before but have had issues during implementation that may have caused an outage, defect or required roll-back.

## Limited Experience

o   Successfully implemented this or similar change a few times.

## Experienced With Multiple Successes

o   Successfully implemented this or similar change a large number of times.

## Routine

o   Successfully implemented this or similar change often as part of normal operations.
