Evolve & Reflect

The Evolve and Reflect phase of the IDEA transformation model emphasises agility by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In this phase, teams focus on delivering flow by refining their processes, eliminating waste, and enabling flow states to enhance productivity and creativity. Emphasising design thinking skills, teams are encouraged to approach challenges with a lean/start-up mentality, promoting experimentation and adaptability.

This phase also prioritises the development of cross-functional and cross-unit teams, nurturing high-performing teams that thrive on collaboration and shared objectives. Higher-order thinking skills are critical as teams design and run experiments to discover optimal solutions and processes.

By reducing cycle times and increasing automation, organisations can enhance continuous delivery while reducing defects and improving quality.
