# Trusted Advisor Roles

The “thinkers”

* The layer that supports our core teams either with thought leadership or project guidance. Ensures strategic alignment.
* Extended team members provide specialised knowledge as required. They are trusted advisors to the team. 
* Everyone is responsible for identifying and reporting risks and issues. The Risk or Issue Owner is accountable for the effectiveness of controls.
