○An action plan is a set of initiatives or tasks that need to be done!○Use action plans as outputs (OKRs are the outcomes)○Identify leads and contributors responsible for KRs○Establish a weekly check-in schedule to evaluate progress (cycles)○Link your action plan documentation to your OKRs○Schedule monthly reviews and quarterly retrospectives
